All events are open to both members and non-members alike (unless otherwise specified).Concurrent session's presentations from past years require a member account to download and view.

The conference consists of short (one to two-day) workshops on topics suggested by the membership.These are presented at several different locations at different times to allow those who are interested more flexibility in attendance.

Annual conference, a special business track was organized by GPLAO and by several organizations that offer general public chapters on their own.
